This page explains how we ship and deliver orders. Delivery terms form part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Sale & Delivery.

1. Delivery regions
We ship to customers in over 60 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, the Americas and Africa. Some destinations may be subject to export controls, sanctions screening or additional documentation, and we reserve the right to decline shipments where required by law.
2. Processing & delivery times
- Order processing: processing time depends on order volume and is confirmed in your quotation or order confirmation, after payment/credit approval.
- Intra-EU delivery: transit time is confirmed at order stage and depends on the agreed carrier and destination.
- International delivery: transit time is confirmed at order stage and depends on the agreed carrier and destination, excluding customs delays.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Made-to-order and custom items may require longer lead times, which we will confirm in the quotation.
3. Shipping costs & carriers
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, dimensions and service level, and are shown at checkout or stated in your quotation. Carriers and the shipping method are agreed separately for each order.
4. Incoterms 2020
Delivery is governed by Incoterms® 2020. The applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule (for example EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DAP or DDP) is agreed separately for each order and stated in the quotation or order confirmation.
5. Customs, duties & import taxes (non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU customs territory, and unless we ship DDP, the Buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and compliance with local import and medical-device registration requirements. Such charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the Buyer.
6. Passing of risk
Risk passes in accordance with the agreed Incoterms® 2020 rule. For consumers, risk passes when the consumer takes physical possession of the goods (or a carrier chosen by the consumer that we did not offer takes possession).
7. Tracking, delays & undelivered shipments
Where available, tracking details are provided on dispatch. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report visible transport damage promptly (see the notice provisions in our Terms of Sale). If a shipment is delayed, lost, refused or returned as undeliverable, contact us so we can investigate; re-delivery of refused or unclaimed shipments may incur additional charges.
