Furcator Scaler
The Furcator Scaler is a double-ended specialty scaler designed for accessing the roof and inner surfaces of furcations on multi-rooted teeth. The thin, finely angled working ends follow the concave anatomy between roots, where conventional sickle and curette blades cannot reach, allowing the clinician to deplaque grooves, approximal concavities, and class II and III furcation entrances without trauma to the surrounding bone. Forged from stainless steel and fitted with a silicone-sleeved hollow handle from Equate Instruments, the scaler delivers refined tactile feedback during careful debridement. It is also effective for removing stains from anterior lingual surfaces. Supplied non-sterile and fully autoclavable.

Lucas 86 Surgical Curette 2.5 mm - Blue Plasma Hollow Handle
The Lucas 86 is a double-ended surgical curette with small 2.5 mm spoon-shaped working ends used for debriding extraction sockets, removing soft tissue remnants, and creating bleeding points in alveolar bone. The narrow spoon diameter gives access to anterior sockets and small cystic cavities where larger bone curettes cannot reach. Both working tips carry a blue plasma-coloured finish over a stainless-steel body for visual contrast against blood and tissue in the surgical field. The hollow knurled handle offers a balanced, fatigue-reducing grip during extended surgical sessions. Supplied non-sterile by Equate Instruments and fully autoclavable for standard steam-sterilisation cycles.

Lucas 87 Surgical Curette 3.0 mm - Blue Plasma Hollow Handle
The Lucas 87 is a double-ended surgical curette with 3.0 mm spoon-shaped working ends intended for clearing extraction sockets, excavating cystic contents, and removing granulation tissue from alveolar bone. The mid-range spoon diameter handles premolar and molar sockets where the smaller Lucas 86 would be too narrow. Both tips are finished in a blue plasma colour over a stainless-steel body so the working end stands out clearly in the bloody surgical field. A hollow knurled handle keeps the instrument balanced during flap and extraction sequences. Supplied non-sterile by Equate Instruments and fully autoclavable for standard steam-sterilisation cycles.

Periotome Curved / Straight 2.2 mm - Hollow Handle
This double-ended periotome pairs a curved 2.2 mm blade with a straight 2.2 mm blade for atraumatic tooth extraction. The thin sharp blades are driven into the periodontal ligament space to sever fibres and gently luxate the tooth without removing excess buccal or interproximal bone, preserving the socket for implant placement and healing. The curved blade reaches posterior and palatal aspects where direct straight access is limited, while the straight blade handles anterior teeth with a clean line of approach. The hollow stainless-steel handle carries a ribbed grip for balanced pen-hold control. Supplied non-sterile by Equate Instruments and fully autoclavable for standard steam-sterilisation cycles.
