Perforated Impression Tray - Long Handle Size 31
This perforated impression tray is part of the long-handle series of rigid stainless-steel trays for alginate and irreversible hydrocolloid impressions. The perforated bed and retention rim lock the impression material mechanically, allowing the tray to withdraw cleanly without distortion of the detail. The long flat handle sits comfortably outside the lip during seating and removal, giving the clinician a stable lever for controlled placement. Equate Instruments supplies the tray non-sterile; the autoclavable stainless-steel construction is fully reusable and can be reprocessed alongside the rest of the prosthodontic tray setup.

Perforated Upper Impression Tray No. 5
The double-ended Explorer is a diagnostic hand instrument used by general dentists and hygienists to detect caries, locate surface calculus, and trace restoration margins during routine examinations. Fine stainless-steel tips transmit clear tactile feedback through the shank, letting the operator trace fissures, margins, and furcation entrances without applying excess force. Offset working ends give angled access to anterior and posterior surfaces from one pen grasp. The ergonomic handle is profiled to stay stable during light, repeated probing and dampens hand fatigue across a full exam schedule. Equate Instruments supplies the explorer non-sterile and fully autoclavable for straightforward processing in pouches or cassettes.

Rimlock Perforated Impression Tray - Lower Jaw, Extra Small (Fig.0)
Rimlock perforated impression trays for the lower jaw are dental laboratory fixtures for capturing full-arch mandibular impressions, where the perforated body allows alginate, silicone, and polyether impression materials to mechanically interlock through the holes while the raised rimlock edge prevents the set material from peeling away during removal from the mouth. The anatomical arch form and retromolar extension cover the alveolar ridge and vestibular sulcus, and Equate Instruments manufactures these trays from polished stainless steel with a tapered handle and thumb hole for controlled seating, supplied non-sterile and fully autoclavable for repeated clinical use across diagnostic casts, crown and bridge work, complete and partial dentures, and orthodontic study models.

Perforated Partial Impression Tray L6D Large - Left
This perforated partial impression tray is a rigid stainless-steel tray designed for taking sectional alginate and irreversible hydrocolloid impressions of the left posterior quadrant. The perforations allow impression material to lock mechanically through the tray wall, while the retention rim and buccal wall support an accurate, distortion-free impression when the tray is withdrawn from the mouth. The short flat handle is stamped with the size designation and carries a suspension hole for hanging storage. Built from autoclavable stainless steel, the tray is suitable for repeated clinical use and can be reprocessed alongside the rest of the prosthodontic tray setup. Equate Instruments supplies it non-sterile for in-clinic disinfection and steam sterilisation.
