Solid Lower Impression Tray Fig. 2 Medium - Polished

This solid stainless-steel lower-jaw impression tray captures the mandibular arch for alginate, silicone, or hydrocolloid impressions. The non-perforated body confines the impression material against the alveolar ridge, producing a clean record without the bleed-through that perforations create, and is well suited to edentulous or partially dentate cases. A stubby keyhole handle gives the operator positive control during seating and tray removal, while the rolled rim protects the lingual sulcus from soft-tissue trauma. Equate Instruments supplies the tray non-sterile and fully autoclavable for reprocessing between patients.

Solid Upper-Jaw Rimlock Impression Tray - Fig.0 Extra Small

This solid upper-jaw rimlock impression tray is a reusable metal tray used to carry alginate, polyether, or elastomeric impression materials during chairside recording of maxillary arches. The anatomically-shaped body is unperforated, relying on the peripheral retention rim rather than punched holes to mechanically lock the set material in place during removal. Pressed from polished stainless steel, the tray features a flat rear handle with a locating hole for tray-transfer tongs and a mirror finish that resists adhesion of set material. Supplied non-sterile by Equate Instruments, the tray is fully autoclavable and ready for repeat use across prosthodontic, orthodontic, and general restorative workflows.

Impression Tray Solid Upper Jaw Rimlock Fig.2 Medium

The Impression Tray Solid Upper Jaw Rimlock is a rigid, non-perforated stainless-steel maxillary tray designed to capture full-arch upper impressions. A continuous rimlock retention bead around the perimeter mechanically keys alginate, silicone, and polyether materials to the tray so they do not slump or detach during setting and withdrawal. This is particularly valuable for rigid materials that rely on mechanical rather than chemical adhesion. Polished stainless-steel construction resists chemical attack from impression materials and tolerates repeated steam autoclaving. The flat shank handle with a locator hole provides a consistent finger position for controlled seating, palate venting, and withdrawal from the undercuts. Equate Instruments offers the line in Fig.1 Small through Fig.4 Extra Large for a comprehensive fitting kit.

Rimlock Solid Impression Tray - Lower Jaw, Extra Small (Fig. 0)

This rimlock solid impression tray is sized for the extra-small (Fig. 0) lower jaw and is intended for narrow adult arches, paediatric cases, or localised full-arch impressions where a compact tray gives better material control. The solid non-perforated body suits heavy-body silicones and polyethers, where the rimlock bead retains the set impression firmly on the tray during removal and laboratory handling. The tray includes a central tongue relief typical of lower trays and a flat handle tab with a hang hole for autoclave cycles. Manufactured from dimensionally stable stainless steel, it is fully autoclavable for daily clinic use. Equate Instruments supplies it non-sterile for routine sterilisation.

Solid Impression Tray - Lower Jaw Rimlock Fig.1 Small

This Solid Lower Jaw Impression Tray is an unperforated rimlock tray engineered for taking precise lower-arch impressions in alginate or elastomeric materials. The closed-walled arch and retention rim mechanically lock impression material in place, reducing the risk of distortion or separation when the tray is withdrawn from the patient's mouth. Crafted by Equate Instruments from polished stainless steel, the tray is fully autoclavable and reusable across multiple sterilisation cycles. It is supplied non-sterile so the practice can sterilise it to its established protocol before clinical use.

Impression Tray Solid Lower Jaw Rimlock Fig.4 Extra Large

This solid lower jaw impression tray from Equate Instruments features a non-perforated stainless-steel arch with an integrated rimlock - an inward-angled lip along the rim that mechanically retains alginate and elastomeric impression materials without the need for adhesive. The anatomical U-shape cradles the mandibular arch and includes a tongue space, while a flat handle with a finger-grip hole supports controlled seating and removal. Crafted from polished surgical-grade stainless steel, the tray is fully autoclavable and built for repeated use. It suits preliminary and final impressions with alginate, silicone, or polyether, and supports fixed prosthetics, removable dentures, orthodontics, implantology, and maxillofacial workflows.

Unperforated Quadrant Impression Tray with Retention Rim - Left

This quadrant impression tray is a solid unperforated stainless-steel tray built for taking precise partial-arch impressions on one side of the mouth. The absence of perforations holds hydrocolloid and elastomeric impression materials within the tray walls, while the raised peripheral retention rim grips the material to prevent dislodgement during removal from the oral cavity. Shaped to fit the left-side posterior quadrant, the tray captures premolar and molar anatomy in a single seating. A flat finger tab with a single thumbhole gives the clinician a firm pull-grip for controlled insertion and withdrawal. Fabricated from polished stainless steel, fully autoclavable and supplied non-sterile by Equate Instruments.
